Gastronomia is an iconic project located in the heart of Seraing, a city undergoing a full renaissance. Thanks to ambitious investments such as John Cockerill's new headquarters, the L'OM concert hall, the rehabilitation of the Ateliers Centraux and the Kuborn esplanade, Seraing is reinventing itself. This project, a true bridge between industrial past and dynamic future, combines modern, high-quality apartments with the enhancement of the city's historical heritage. Gastronomia offers a subtle mix of residential units, retail spaces, a food market, offices and leisure areas, creating a complete and well-connected living environment.
